Exam Diagnostics ZA is a South African service that marks a full Grade 10–12 mock exam paper mark by mark and reports every lost mark, with a strategy report and a video walkthrough, within 24 hours. It is a small team and the messages are answered by people, not a queue. There is no call centre and no ticket number.
Before you order
Most questions before an order are about which paper to choose, whether the curriculum is right, or what the report actually contains. Those are quick on WhatsApp, and the sample report answers the last one in full.

About an order already placed
Quote the order number, which looks like ED-000123 and is on your confirmation. Marks come back within 1 hour of a paper being sent in and the full report within 24, by email and WhatsApp.
If something went wrong while your child was writing, message us straight away rather than waiting — the sooner we know, the more we can do about it.
Press, schools and tutors
Schools, tutors and journalists can use the same email address. Tutors who want to work from a report are welcome to ask how it is structured; a report is written to be handed to somebody else.
